浙江科技学院雅思考点疫情防控考生须知

根据当前疫情形势，在浙江科技学院雅思考点报名参加雅思考试的考生需了解并遵守以下规定：

一、无发热（≥37.3℃）/咳嗽 /嗓子痛 /肌肉或关节痛/鼻塞 /头痛 /流鼻涕 / 腹泻/ 呼吸困难 /乏力 /嗅觉味觉减退或丧失等新冠病情相关症状；

二、请考生携带与报名一致且有效的身份证件原件、纸质版（或电子版）考试准考证。

三、重要提示！！！

考前仔细阅读准考证的考点地址和进场截止时间，以抵达浙江科技学院（小和山校区）杭州市留和路359号12幢2层（浙江威联科技教育交流中心）雅思机考考点时间为准！地铁三号线屏风站D出口至考点步行约为15分钟路程，请提前30分钟到达考点。上午场机考入场截止时间为08:30am；下午场机考入场截止时间为13:30pm。口试：请提前30分钟到达考点，口试截止入场时间为口试时间前15分钟。请准时抵达考点，迟到考生将无法参加任何科目考试，已完成科目的成绩将被取消。

本考点实行闭环方式组织考试，考试期间除考区外的校园其他区域不得进出；

四、考生应高度重视交通、食宿安全和自我防疫保护，参加考试前，应避免有违健康及防疫要求的一切活动，除考生外的陪同人员一律不得进入考试管控区域。

五、所有考生均须自备一次性医用外科口罩，并全程规范佩戴（仅允许在进场核验时摘下口罩验证）、有序排队，相互保持1米以上间距，不扎堆聚集。

Notice on Epidemic Prevention & Control Measures

at IELTS Test Center in Zhejiang University of Science and Technology

According to the current situation of the epidemic, candidates test takers who registered for IELTS test at Zhejiang University of Science and Technology should understand and abide by the following rules:

Attention

1.No fever (≥37.3℃)/cough/sore throat/muscle or joint pain/nasal congestion/headache/runny nose/diarrhea/dyspnoea/fatigue/loss of smell or taste within 7 days before and on the day of the test.

2.When entering Test Center, you should present the original valid ID card and Admission ticket to the staff.

3. Before the test, please carefully read the address of the test venue and the entry deadline of the admission ticket. ZUST IELTS test center is on the 2nd floor of Building 12, No.359, Liuhe Road, Hangzhou Zhejiang University of Science and Technology (Xiaoheshan Campus). It is about 15 minutes’ walk from Exit D of Pingfeng Station of Metro Line 3 to the test center. Please arrive 30 minutes in advance. The deadline for admission to the morning computer test is 08:30am; the deadline for admission to the afternoon computer test is 13:30pm. Interview: Please arrive at the test center 30 minutes in advance. The deadline for admission to the interview is 15 minutes before the interview time. Please be punctual. Late candidates will not be allowed to take any test, and the results of previously-completed subjects will be cancelled.

During the test period, candidates are not allowed to enter other areas of the campus except the test area.

4.Candidates should attach great importance to transportation, accommodation safety and self-protection against epidemics, and should avoid all activities that are against health and epidemic prevention requirements before taking the test. Parents/escorts and private cars are not allowed to enter the test center.

5.All candidates are required to bring disposable medical masks or surgical masks and wear them all the time (only remove the masks for verification when entering the  test center). Please queue in an orderly manner and keep more than 1 meter social distance.

The examination epidemic prevention policy will be timely adjusted according to the changes in the situation of the epidemics. Please pay close attention to the update of this website.
